Job Title: Product Leadership

 

About the Role:

We seek an ambitious and experienced product leader to spearhead customer-centric initiatives and drive innovation through data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing customer-obsessed products from discovery to delivery
  • Owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature prioritization strategies
  • Defining return on investment (ROI), cost-benefit analyses, and product success metrics
  • Fostering collaboration between engineering, design, quality assurance, sales, and marketing teams for end-to-end execution
  • Presenting product vision and strategies to stakeholders and leadership
  • Implementing Agile methodologies (JIRA, epics, user stories) for delivery excellence

 

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in product management (preferably in SaaS/B2B)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Pendo, Google Analytics)
  • Strong skills in wireframing, flowcharts, success metrics, technical documentation
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and technical aptitude to solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • MBA or product management certification preferred
