Job Description:

  • You will be at the forefront of managing the entire lifecycle of our Markets Product, focusing on growth, product discovery, engagement, and subscriber conversion.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute product initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives and deliver maximum value to our users.
  • You will conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • You will define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, usage data, and business objectives.
  • You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market and user personas to tailor product experiences that drive adoption and engagement.
  • You will lead the development and execution of experiments and A/B tests to optimize key metrics such as user activation, retention, and virality.
  • You will monitor and analyze product metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • You will champion a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful, customer-focused products.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in implementing Product Led Growth strategies and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and proficiency with agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
