About the Role
Maximus GCC is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business solutions and delivering high-quality HRIS projects within our Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Functional Analyst, you will collaborate with functional HR teams and end-users to understand current and future state HR and/or business processes and needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing and documenting business requirements for various HRIS tasks and projects.
  • Configuring and unit testing solutions in Workday, including building test scripts and coordinating testing efforts.
  • Implementing security changes needed for solutions being delivered, working closely with Workday security Admin.
  • Providing reports development support and understanding end-to-end business processes.
  • Designing medium or large Workday enhancements and/or projects.
  • Developing appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed.
  • Providing functional production support, system configuration, system testing & product/data stewardship for Workday HRIS, including performing data management tasks like EIB loads.

Qualifications and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HRIS, with at least 4 years of experience in an HRIS role. Key skills and qualifications include:
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday configuration, Manager and Employee self-service, Core Compensation and/or Advanced compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workday reporting, and complex reports/calculated fields.
  • Strong data management skills, including EIB loads.
  • A sound understanding of Workday security principles.
  • Knowledge and experience in systems implementations, change management, knowledge management, testing methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex subjects to all levels of the organization.
