Roles & Responsibilities:
The Workday Integration Specialist will play a key role in creating high-level design artifacts, serving as a key member of the Digital Technology team, and participating in HR digital projects. The successful candidate will be involved in validation for all types of testing and support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance and Support, Transition, and validating requirements with product offerings. Additionally, they will work with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests, leading to digital solutions using Workday HCM.

Requirements:
Key skills include knowledge in Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core / Cloud Connect, PECI / PICOF etc., Calculated Fields / XML / XSLT / SOAP / Web services, and hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security and BIRT Reporting. A Workday Certified in Integrations - Core, Studio etc. (Desirable not Mandatory) certification is also desired. Experience managing medium-size teams would be a plus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. We require a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, along with at least 8+ years of overall IT experience and 5-6 years of relevant Workday experience in Workday HCM (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Benefits and Absence) projects in Development / Maintenance / Implementation space.

Compensation:
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
