Key Responsibilities

  • Install, calibrate and demonstrate medical equipment at client sites ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
  • Train professionals on product usage, safety protocols and best practices.
  • Document visits, repairs and maintenance reports accurately and maintain records.

Requirements

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Engineer (experience in medical/technical preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required by clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
