Job Summary:

  • Resolve customer support issues through incoming calls, chats, emails, and tickets to provide end-to-end technical and general support resolution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collaborate with mobile phone carriers and internal teams to resolve complex service-related issues.
  3. Apply business rules and policies as dictated by joint operations documents.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the help desk function.
