Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in the territory of All Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and distribution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary and secondary sales targets for volume, value, product/SKU market mix
  • Drive outlet coverage, availability, and visibility of company products
  • Ensure company products are visible on store shelves
  • Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, credit, and discounts
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales objectives through effective use of sales data
  • Apply structured selling process and negotiation techniques to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (MBA an added advantage)
  • 4+ years of sales and distribution experience in FMCG organizations
  • Exposure to markets of HQ location
  • Basic IT skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Negotiation and people management skills
  • Good stockist management skills
  • Adherence to systems and processes
