Senior Hotel Marketing Strategist

The role involves driving hotel commercial success through the management of strategic partnerships, marketing content, performance metrics, and brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly strategic partnerships to enhance hotel visibility.
- Collaborate with partners to conceptualize and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions that drive business results.
- Content Management:
- Monitor and manage Concerto content scores weekly to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain OTA content health and quality to increase direct bookings.
- Create and optimize packages on the hotel website to boost sales.
- Campaigns and Initiatives:
- Plan and execute targeted workshops and Nano campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
- Track and report progress on marketing and commercial priorities for strategic alignment across departments.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver weekly marketing performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure 100% IHG FMHS metrics compliance supported by timely corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and update IHG Fundamentals progress trackers monthly to support operational excellence.
- Review the Commercial Priorities Dashboard to identify areas requiring improvement or innovation.
- Communication:
- Lead internal communication efforts in coordination with the HR team to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Facilitate monthly marketing calls to promote accountability and shared goals.
- Ad Hoc Activities:
- Respond to ad hoc requests, reports, and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely solutions to marketing-related issues and stakeholder queries.
