Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing operations. This role will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, mentoring new team members, analyzing campaign data, delegating tasks, and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Building and developing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across various search engines
- Mentoring new teammates onboarding with our PPC operations team
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns towards client goals
- Delegating and managing campaign management tasks to our in-house SEM team
- Collaborating across departments and offices to share insights, strategies, and processes
- Strong working knowledge of web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools
- Strong work ethic - ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of at least one bidding platform such as Marin, Kenshoo, or Doubleclick
- Excellent writing, math, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills
- Social media (Facebook) paid media management
- Desire to learn and build knowledge of search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies & tactics
- Previous agency experience strongly preferred
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
