Job Title: Manager - D365 F&O

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a senior-level position in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, extensive experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, configure, test, and implement D365 Finance & Operation Financial Management for modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash, Banking, Project Accounting, Inventory Accounting at client sites.
  • Assist business users in defining business requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  • Work with D365 F&O Technical team members and assist them with Technical Design Document (TDDs).
  • Collaborate with project teams on D365 F&O customizations testing, roll-out, and post-live support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for project core team members (Business Key Users) at client sites.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams in implementing D365 F&O Implementation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Dynamics AX / D365 implementation, with a focus on finance and operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing large-scale ERP projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • D365 F&O certifications in Financial Management.
