Accounting and Finance Leadership Opportunity

The role of Senior Manager - Accounts requires a seasoned professional to lead the finance and accounts function. This position involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, supervising a team of finance professionals, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the accounts and finance department, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of financial operations.
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  3. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
  4. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and accurate financial reporting.

Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Proven leadership and management skills are essential. Strong expertise in taxation and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems are also required.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
