We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our team's financial operations.

Job Overview:

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, ensuring robust maintenance of the chart of accounts and effective implementation of accounting systems.
  • Leveraging exceptional leadership skills, the successful applicant will lead a diverse team, collaborating with banking stakeholders to drive compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.
  • Achieving seamless completion of financial activities and reporting is crucial for this role.
  • Maintenance of the bank's chart of accounts requires continuous review and improvement to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RBI guidelines, and internal controls is essential. The role also involves leading audit preparation and responding to regulatory queries.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 35-40 finance professionals, fostering a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement.
  • This position requires strategic partnership with the Head of Accounts and other senior leaders to provide insightful financial support and drive enterprise objectives.

Key Skills:
Strong proficiency in core banking platforms (Finacle Flexcube) ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and advanced MS Excel capabilities.

Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.
