Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of travel expense solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel booking, expense reporting, policy compliance, and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.

  • Implement and configure travel expense solutions based on client requirements
  • Customize workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, and policy settings
  • Provide support for post-go-live issues including end-user queries, bug fixes, and system enhancements
  • Coordinate integration between travel expense and enterprise resource planning systems
  • Develop and maintain reports using business intelligence tools and support compliance reporting
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications
  • Perform end-user training and document configuration and process flows
  • Ensure expense policies are enforced through audit rules and automation
  • Liaise with support teams for escalations and new feature adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in travel expense solutions
  • Strong understanding of travel, expense, and request modules
  • Experience with workflow design, expense policy configuration, and audit rule setup
  • Knowledge of integration with enterprise resource planning systems via APIs or middleware
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Cognos-based)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
