Job Description

This is a senior role within the Global Finance Systems and Service. The position supports the global Concur Expense system, Corporate Travel Card and Corporate Purchasing Cards. The primary responsibility of this role includes functional production support and troubleshooting for the Concur Expense system and travel expense/purchasing card interfaces and associated payment processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating Corporate Travel cards and Purchasing cards for all locations. This includes activity such as new cards, card changes and cancellations.

The individual will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining new users in applicable applications and tools (Concur etc.). Additionally, they will provide help desk support to resolve customer service requests related to Corporate Travel and Purchasing Card.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of management reporting related to Corporate card program metrics and statistics.
  • Monitors and analyzes aging, open items related to corporate travel and purchasing cards
  • Supports reconciliation of PCard and Travel Expense as required
  • Monitors and administers US Business Travel accounts, prepares monthly concur expense report
  • Identifies trends and patterns in process, customer feedback and translates into improvements in controls, process improvements and cost outs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in accounting with minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts payable in large shared service with emphasis on administration of corporate card functions and travel expense.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts payable in large shared service.
Required Skills
  • Working knowledge of Concur Travel Expense, Oracle and SAP accounts payable processing systems.
  • Working knowledge of interfaced ERP environments helpful.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in globally diverse environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective organization and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, highly analytical and self-starter.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
