Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Expense and Purchasing Card Analyst to join our team. As an Expense and Purchasing Card Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Concur Expense system, Corporate Travel Card, and Corporate Purchasing Cards.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Functional Production Support: Provide support for the Concur Expense system and travel expense/purchasing card interfaces and associated payment processes.
- Coporate Card Administration and Maintenance: Administer and coordinate Corporate Travel cards and Purchasing cards for all locations, including new cards, card changes, and cancellations.
- System Administration and Maintenance: Set up and maintain new users in applicable applications and tools (Concur etc.).
- Help Desk Support: Resolve customer service requests related to Corporate Travel and Purchasing Cards.
Reporting, Analysis And Reconciliation
">You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing management reporting related to Corporate card program metrics and statistics. You will also monitor and analyze aging open items related to corporate travel and purchasing cards, as well as reconcile PCard and Travel Expense as required.
">Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 8 years of experience in Accounts payable in large shared services, emphasizing administration of corporate card functions and travel expense.
- At least 4 years of experience in Accounts payable in large shared services.
Preferred Skills
">- Working knowledge of Concur Travel Expense, Oracle, and SAP accounts payable processing systems.
- Interfaced ERP environments helpful.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
