We are seeking a highly skilled
Financial Analyst
to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business performance and support key decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making on investments, projects, and business strategies
  • Provide regular updates on business performance, highlighting key trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics (e.g., ROI, profitability, liquidity) to provide insights into business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and strategies
  • Evaluate and analyze market conditions, economic trends, and competitor performance to inform financial strategies
  • Support investment and capital allocation decisions, providing financial risk assessments and recommendations
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, audit preparation, and tax filings
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or Master's degree is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
  • In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards, regulations, and tax laws
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from financial data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR or valid work pass)
