Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial records, handling daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and supporting management in decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP or equivalent.
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with a Chartered Accountant/consultant.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings (as required in real estate business).
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience (real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
