Financial Analyst Leader

This is a critical analytical role in the Finance Center of Excellence.

  • Presents management reports and ensures timely completion of financial close activities.
  • Analyzes variances between actual results and forecasts/plans.
  • Assists in preparing presentations for senior management on results, forecasts, and plans.
  • Provides analytical support, conducting research as required.
  • Liaises with senior leadership during Close calls.
  • Develops business analysis using deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes.
  • Manages KPIs including backlog reporting, staffing requirements, starts, weeks to start, no starts, labor productivity, retention, survey scores, and client satisfaction.
  • Supports operating planning and forecasting to provide visibility into business results.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of financial statements.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and advanced functions.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion Essbase, Smartview.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
