Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to lead our divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
- Own service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
- Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
- Partner with finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
- Collaborate on annual planning with multiple key stakeholders.
- Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
- Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
- Enhance critical reporting capabilities by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
- Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
