**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead our company's financial planning and analysis processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end financial operations experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and partnering with business leaders to drive growth.

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and investments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
