About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned UAT Lead to oversee the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to drive test planning, coordination, and alignment with Sales - CRM operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities. They will develop and manage UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring effective collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users in cross-functional testing efforts.
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams to resolve defects and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage dependencies, track, analyze, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, API Integration testing, and preferred experience in UAT/Test Management roles.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
