Senior SAP Functional Lead - Supply Chain

Role: Strategic leader for SAP supply chain solutions.

  • Direct and manage a team of functional consultants in designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
  • Ensure seamless communication with business stakeholders to meet their requirements and expectations.

A strategic leader is required to oversee the development and implementation of SAP supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, handling custom developments, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize business processes and improve ROI.
  • Participate in the full-cycle development process, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system bugs and performance issues.
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP supply chain implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and MM/SD module configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience handling custom developments for complex solutions.
