Job Description

This role involves leading and participating in the implementation of RapidResponse projects, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring RapidResponse modules for demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). They will also design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within the platform.

In addition, they will support integration of Kinaxis with ERP/legacy systems using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users to translate supply chain requirements into Kinaxis functionality.

Key responsibilities include validating data, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability. Furthermore, they will provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users. It is essential that the candidate can deliver projects on time, with high quality, and aligned to best practices in supply chain planning.
