Project Resource Optimization Specialist

To succeed in this high-impact role, you will work closely with engineering teams to analyze project requirements and forecast technical resource needs. This includes collaborating with engineers and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Planning and Allocation: Develop and maintain structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Talent Mapping and Gap Analysis: Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping to drive efficient resource allocation.
  • Project Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, proactively flag potential resource-related risks, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and an engineering/technical background.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate ability to forecast, plan, and optimize technical resource allocation, as well as analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Exhibit comfort working with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders, and possess excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Talent Mapping Experience: Showcase exposure to talent mapping in technical environments and understanding of project scopes, dependencies, and architecture-driven resource needs.
  • Stakeholder Discussions: Highlight experience in stakeholder discussions within technical or project delivery contexts, demonstrating ability to navigate complex conversations and negotiate agreements.
