Job Summary:This role is responsible for driving growth and sustainability in our portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth, focusing on net sales revenue, gross margin, target achievement, and return on investment.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for our portfolio, balancing above-the-line and below-the-line mix and budget, media allocation, launch/re-launch/exit decisions.
- Drive portfolio expansion through deeper industry and consumer insights, increasing total addressable market and improving return ratios.
- Strategize action around consumer empathy, delivering tailored campaigns that engage consumers and increase household penetration.
- Monitor and influence demand forecasting, adapting plans as required to ensure gain in market share and consumption growth.
- Lead cost savings and gross margin actions through process improvement.
- Manage internal cross-functional teams on key projects to deliver brand objectives.
Critical Success Factors:
- MBA with 12-14 years of overall experience
