Nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship is a pivotal role for our faculty, alumni, and students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for several key areas:

  • Scouting for innovations across the campus(es) and enrolling them in an incubation program to help them grow.
  • Tracking the progress of coaching teams and ensuring adherence to established processes and protocols.
  • Ensuring that coaching teams are well-prepared for pitching readiness and helping them achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with experienced professionals to coach teams in advanced stages.
  • Developing and conducting outreach activities, workshops, master classes, etc. to attract Faculty/Alumni/Student to a pre-incubation program.
  • Leveraging a network of mentors, makerspaces, and other resources to support venture teams.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A dynamic leadership style with significant experience leading teams.
  • A commitment to actively coaching student/faculty/alumni teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of entrepreneurship skill development and a broad understanding of the ecosystem.
  • The ability to effectively utilize pre-incubation processes to drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the potential to be a leader.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate active cooperation with the rest of the coaching fraternity.

This position requires experience in an educational or research organization, although it is not mandatory.
