Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized training programs to enhance strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed.
  • Motivate and educate clients, promoting healthy habits and goal achievement.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop holistic wellness solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each client.
  • Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Certification from a recognized institution such as K11, IFSI, or Prehab.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
