Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions leveraging the Spring Framework along with REST Architecture.
  • Ensure overall quality and fit of the technical solution and application stack performance.
  • Oversee development team progress to ensure consistency with initial design, development principles, and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers through efficient code reviews.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture, high-level designs, and architectural blueprints.
  • Establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Technical leadership and mentorship abilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
