Agile Transformation Lead

Temos has a strong commitment to being an agile and innovative organization. We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to support our Agile Release Train (ART) in driving business outcomes through SAFe methodologies.

The Agile Transformation Lead will be responsible for facilitating Planning Increment (PI) events and Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe, Agile principles, and product development challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate PI events and Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Delivery & Execution Support

  • Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions.
  • Ensure sprint goals align with ART-level PI Objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to maintain healthy backlogs.

SAFe & ART Alignment

  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer for cross-team alignment.
  • Support teams in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
  • 2+ years working in SAFe environments, ideally within Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML or data-driven product teams.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Data science, AI/ML, or software engineering background is beneficial.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
