Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who possesses strong Business Analyst skills to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques, enabling them to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment with at least 2+ years
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with software development processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred

Requirements:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience
  • Dynamics 365 knowledge is mandatory
