Agile Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our project management and cross-functional initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between different teams to ensure smooth coordination, managing project tracking and workflows using Jira.
  • Foster clear communication between stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Evaluate risks, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support process improvements to increase team efficiency and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
