IT Project Coordinator Job Summary

A seasoned IT professional sought after to lead project coordination for a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project status, developing best practices, and reporting on critical projects to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking processes.
  • Presents updates on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provides guidance to governance committees on project prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Directs project management team in governance, process implementation, and audit of project deliverables.
  • Facilitates issue escalation, resource capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in SAP and project management with knowledge of tools like VISIO, Smart sheet, MS Projects, Excel & Power Point.
  • Experience as a business analyst in IT software and infrastructure projects, providing directions to development and IT support teams.
  • Industry standard project management certifications such as PMP are an added value.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech/MBA or related field.
  • Experience in automation toolset and design/deployment business process responsibilities involving complex requirements assessment and implementation.
