Senior SAP Project Manager Job Overview

As a seasoned Senior SAP Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects. You will provide leadership and drive the delivery of projects, ensuring success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Resource Allocation & Cost Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
