  • Guide the team on RF development, SmartForms, and performance-optimized coding to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Review code quality, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster growth and improvement.
  • Own integration scenarios between EWM and modules like MM, SD, TM, and external systems via IDoc, RFC, Proxy, etc. to drive business success.
  • Provide expertise in system performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure prompt and effective support.
  • Support full-cycle implementation: blueprinting, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with 4+ years focused on EWM, demonstrating expertise and dedication.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture, technical objects, and warehouse processes, with hands-on experience in RFUI development, SmartForms, WebDynpro/FPM, and OO ABAP.
  • In-depth understanding of Warehouse Orders/Tasks, queues, and resource/process management, with proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized).
  • Strong integration experience (IDoc/ALE, BAPIs, OData services, Web Services), with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in leading development teams, code reviews, and project deliveries, showcasing leadership and teamwork skills.
