Job Title: Data Scientist
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team.
About the Role:
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Developing and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our workflows.
- Building dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Contributing to projects involving large language models as needed.
Requirements:
- Data Science & Statistics: Proven experience with experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and time series analysis.
- Machine Learning: Hands-on experience building and deploying regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting models.
- Deep Learning: Practical experience with neural networks beyond tutorials.
Technical Skills:
- Programming: Advanced Python proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Production Code: Experience writing maintainable, tested code.
- Performance Optimization: Knowledge of profiling, vectorization, and handling large datasets.
Bonus Requirements (Nice to Have):
- LLM Integration: Experience integrating LLM APIs in production applications.
- Prompt Engineering: Systematic approach to prompt design.
- Fine-tuning & Customization: Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning or custom training.
