Job Description:

As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.

Key responsibilities include: prioritizing and managing incoming requests from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and delivering high-quality analytics outputs.

Additionally, you will lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, write and optimize SQL queries, and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.">
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning).">
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.">
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.">
