Role Overview

As a Data Analyst/Engineer, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create data visualizations and reports to support cross-functional teams.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement using advanced analytics techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Support data governance and documentation best practices.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics; new graduates welcome.
  • Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytics tool (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
