Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to drive business growth.

This role involves utilizing large-scale health data sets to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments across Australia and globally.

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams sharing best practices in predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
