">The Domestic Hotels segment offers travelers access to 70K+ hotels across India. Our focus is on expanding high-quality supply, fostering strong partner relationships, and delivering distinctive experiences that redefine travel.
">This role will anchor the automation charter for our entire Hotels supply ecosystem, playing a pivotal part in enabling supply growth by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving analytics tool adoption across the business.
">A key position within our Hotel Supply Strategy team, this role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions empowering decision-making at every level.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Driving strategic cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
- Leading the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring effective adoption and usage.
- Designing and managing dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
- Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
- Automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Leveraging tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
- Collaborating with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
- Preparing impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
">Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
">Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
