We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Analyst to lead our Fintech product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience on multiple software product development cycles and a passion for driving innovation in financial technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Analyze customer needs and the Fintech market to shape the direction of product development.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle from ideation and design to development, testing, and go-live.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and drive product iterations and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX, QA, and sales to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and regulatory research within the Fintech domain.
  • Ensure product features align with compliance, security, and scalability needs of the Fintech ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of overall experience in software product roles, with minimum 3 years in Fintech product companies.
  • Proven experience in at least two full product development cycles.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and product research skills.
  • Ability to break down complex business requirements into structured documentation and features.
  • Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, or similar.
  • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and modern Fintech tech stacks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in Finance, Banking, NBFCs, Payment Gateways, or related financial services.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the Fintech space is a plus.
