About our team, a dynamic and fast-growing sales organization.
Our mission is to empower businesses to grow their revenues via WhatsApp. We're looking for an experienced sales leader who can help us achieve this goal by building and optimising support systems and processes.
- Lead & Scale Sales Team – Hire, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive Revenue Growth – Build and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
- Sales Training & Development – Conduct regular coaching sessions, skill-building programs and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations- Process & SOP Creation – Design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks and SOPs for tracking, forecasting and performance measurement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to create a seamless customer experience.
- CRM Ownership (LeadSquared) – Ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting and analytics by fully leveraging LeadSquared CRM.
- Onboarding & Induction – Oversee onboarding and training of new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up and alignment with company goals.
- Strategic Planning – Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and plan long-term revenue growth.
- Experience – 8–12 years of proven B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/people management role.
- Domain Knowledge – Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behavior, and WhatsApp/Conversational Commerce space.
- Team Leadership – Proven ability to hire, inspire and scale a high-performance sales team.
