Job Summary: We are seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our team.

  • We are looking for a professional who is skilled in providing exceptional customer service and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience, from check-in to check-out.
  • As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our company and will be responsible for representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Duties: Ensure that all closing duties are completed accurately and efficiently, including storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning all areas, and restocking supplies.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure they are clean and organized.
  • Inspecting Equipment: Inspect all china, glass, and silver prior to use to ensure they are clean and free of damage.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Following Policies: Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or injuries to management.
  • Uniform and Appearance: Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times.
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communication: Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Teamwork: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
  • Quality Expectations: Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Vision and Hearing: Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience required
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
  • License or Certification: None required
