The Job description of Service ambassadors is broadly classified into following categories where in the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks as cited below:
Housekeeping
Meeting room assistance
Hospitality
General activities
Service Requests
Description
**Housekeeping**: Check for availability of the Housekeeping staff on the floors as per the requirement and report the same to Managers.
Check for cleanliness of all areas and availability of essentials
Availability of Soap in dispenser, tissue rolls Check for any plumbing issues viz., taps, water leakages Check if disposable covers are placed and the trash bins are clear. Check for the lighting and ventilation in the wash rooms Check for functioning of Room Fresheners /Micro busters. Check whether the floor tiles and carpeted areas are well mopped and clean.
**Meeting Room Assistance**: Check whether all the tabs are in proper working condition on the floors. (If any tab hangs or is not showing check-in option on time, either resolve it yourself or report to mms team)
Check whether the Team rooms, Office rooms and Touch down rooms, VC rooms and Board rooms have AC functioning properly.
Check the cleanliness of above mentioned rooms (check if dustbins are empty and if table top and floor is clean)
Check the Polycom, Cisco and Trio of the rooms to see if they are working.
In case the room is equipped with LED, check to see if it is working.
For all rooms, check whether all required stationery is placed.
For Board rooms, make sure the white boards are clean and the Pano and projector are working properly. If there is any Pano/Projector issue, coordinate with ITS.
Coordinate with the MMS team to do check ins for some rooms whenever required.
Educate employees about Trio technology in connect it to their devices.
Guide employees to specific workstations or Team rooms.
Educate employees about the check-in and check-out options on the tabs and how to reserve rooms through the tabs.
Resolve any Team room conflicts on the floor by negotiating with the employees or trying to find another suitable Team room for them.
**General activities**: Check whether the last day’s newspapers have been discarded and current day’s newspapers have been placed wherever necessary.
Check whether the water dispensers have water in them.
Check whether AC is working properly in every zone of the floor.
Check the plants on floors to make sure they are not dried up. In case they are, inform the Facilities Executive to get them replaced.
Check whether all printers on the floor are in working condition and have A4 sheets in them.
Perform the tasks as and when required, as assigned by the management. Check whether fire extinguishers are at the designated locations and check for any expiry of refill dates.
Check if the posters placed on the walls have Deloitte logo on them, if found the same to be informed to the Facilities Executive
Check whether Vending Machines are working in the breakout areas.
Check whether all furniture is properly placed in Breakout areas.
Check whether microwaves are working.
Check whether whiteboards are clean in collaboration areas and work cafes and all the stationery required is placed.
Be aware of the leaders who occupy specific Office Rooms.
Closely work with Facility Executives, Housekeeping Supervisors, Pantry Supervisor and MMS team to keep things functioning smoothly.
**Hospitality**:
When assigned ,take expats/Deloitte professionals for walk arounds and give them an elaborate guided tour of the towers.
**Service requests**:
Raise tickets for Service requests in case of,
Lighting issues
AC temperature issues
Socket issues
Water leakage issues
Coffee machine issues
Cleanliness issues
Furniture damage issues
Blinds damage issues
Horticulture issues
AV issues
Follow up with the FOE on resolution of tickets.

**Responsibilities**:
To adhere to the duty timings as assigned by the manager
Ensure the break timings during the duty hours to be restricted to a maximum of one hour.
Prior approvals from the concerned authority to be taken for availing the leaves.
