Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven professional with proven experience in scaling digital brands. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spends for maximum return on investment (ROI), and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Build full-funnel strategies tailored for e-commerce brands.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
Conversion & Growth Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
Audience & Market Research
  • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Build and scale targeted audiences.
  • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value (LTV).
Collaboration & Creative Direction
  • Work with creative teams to guide ad content.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats and growth hacks.
