Job Title: Brand Storyteller

We're looking for a skilled professional to craft compelling brand narratives and manage our company's external voice.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging brand stories and content that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape our brand strategy and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Narrative Development:
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling, easy-to-grasp narratives.
Content Creation:
  • Build and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Partner with customers to create and amplify success stories.
Social Media and Digital Presence:
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
Events and Showcases:
  • Drive brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Outreach and Campaigns:
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
Measurement and Insights:
  • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ads, marketing automation tools, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
