Visual Design Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in creating engaging visual content for healthcare communication.

This role involves crafting impactful visual creatives, using content provided in-house, to elevate doctors' professional profiles, build hospital brands, and drive patient engagement across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop branding assets and visual identities for doctors, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring consistency and brand recognition.
  • Design digital creatives, social media posts, infographics, banners, brochures, promotional posters that educate and engage patients.
  • Create clean, minimalistic, and modern layouts suitable for medical communication, focusing on clear typography and color schemes.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, medical accuracy, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, marketing teams, and healthcare professionals to translate ideas into visually appealing concepts.
  • Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends in the healthcare industry to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience (healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing materials, and patient-focused designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other tools is a plus.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout for medical audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex health concepts into visual storytelling by using AI-powered tools.
  • Familiarity with social media formats and specifications (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
