Job Overview

A visionary leader is sought to spearhead our team's strategic direction, driving innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and propel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To devise and execute captivating social media strategies that transcend traditional broadcast methods, leveraging the power of insights, technology, and expertise to create immersive experiences.
  • Closely collaborate with the client servicing team to continually enhance strategy, guidance, and recommendations for programs and tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a deep understanding of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand analysis to articulate unique, differentiated insights.
  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches serving as a springboard for creative teams.
  • Prepare and present visual presentations with sharp POV and riveting narrative.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Define advertising pressure to achieve goals considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as required.

Skillset:

  • Post Graduate with 7+ years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills generating data-based insights to weave into strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment with strong POV to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Eye for innovation and emerging platforms/partners for brand, social/digital strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly collaborating with integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
