Job Overview:

The Director's Office is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning Specialist to provide strategic support and operational coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring effective communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders, as well as facilitating smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.

  • Manage and coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and key action items to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

  • Ensure seamless communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

2. Operational Coordination

  • Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • Monitor project milestones, flag risks, and drive timely execution of initiatives to meet business objectives.

  • Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Track KPIs, operational performance, and progress of strategic projects, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

  • Provide data-driven insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities, informing strategic decision-making.

Experience, Education & Other Requirements:

  • Experience – 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • Preferred experience in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • Education - BE in Chemical / Mechanical (preferred) or any engineering stream, MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputed management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
