Key Performance Analyst Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to support high-level decision-making through strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluation.

This position involves leading global financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models to evaluate business performance across various revenue streams.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports with insightful analysis of key drivers, variances, and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement strategic plans, including detailed cash forecasts and scenario planning.
  • Evaluating and analyzing potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, utilizing advanced financial modeling techniques.

Responsibilities also involve collaborating closely with senior leadership, supporting the Chief Financial Officer in critical projects such as capital raises and pitch deck preparation, and managing organizational governance structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within a high-growth company or private equity organization.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and proficiency in Business Intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across various jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
