Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to lead our finance team. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
  • Manage team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
